Family: Dean was raised mostly by his father, Ray Melton. He was a famous and highly dangerous Death Eater back in the days of the war formally known as Ray Lutz. He had killed many and he himself survived. His side lost, as is history. His wife and him fled off to a cottage in the middle of nowhere to avoid any confrontation or worse; azkaban. They then changed their last name from Lutz to Melton. Together his wife and him had Dean, and he was their world.

Dean's mother would usually be off at work but Ray decided that they had more than enough money so he'd be a stay at home dad. Dean and Ray had a fantastic relationship. Ray taught Dean early on an assortment of spells, and incantations. He was a fast learner even at a young age. He loved his father more than anything.

However, in the middle of Dean's fourth year of Hogwarts--everything changed. His mother and father were brutally murdered in their cottage by a group of Muggleborns seeking revenge for what Ray had done back in the war.

About: Dean was a complete mess when his mother and father died. But as the years went by he got better and better at hiding his true feelings. Most don't actually know that his father was a Death Eater, but if you really wanted to find out it wasn't hard to research. Even though he's a Pureblooded Slytherin he is friendly. He pushed his friends away when his parents died but he gained them back and some new ones over the years.

Dean is a normal guy, if anything he is dorky. He loves knowledge, and is incredibly smart. He's not so smooth with the ladies, but that doesn't mean he doesn't get any attention with them. Dean has a dry, intelligent humor that sometimes comes out as sarcastic.

He is hidding something very dark within him but he doesn't act out to any of the urges. He has friends of every blood type but sometimes he fakes it. It's not that he doesn't like them but sometimes muggleborns set him off inside because he blames them for his parents death. His goal in life is to avenge his family and get back The House of Lutz that is rightfully his.

Appearance: Dean Melton is a tall, lanky guy, towering at 6'2". He has dark brown hair, and brown eyes. His head is oval shaped and long. He weighs no more than 135 pounds. He normally wears tee shirts with a button up shirt over it unbuttoned and jeans. He is a fan of hoodies as well.

((NOTE FROM TSUCHI: I heavily based this character after the many roles Jay Baruchel has played because to me it just makes him more believable lol, plus... he's awesome. Anyway, you can pretty much get his personality if you have seen him before; which is very likely. He's in; How to Train Your Dragon, Sorcerer's Apprentice, I'm Reed Fish, Nick and Norah's Infinate Playlist, She's out of my League. Oh and I had better pictures but I can't post them due to the blocking of this computer.))

I think I'm going to cry when I kill him off. haha, I know it sounds strange but I think I really like him!! Poor boy. Ahh well, that just means I need to play him as much as I can when he's alive.

And we should totally make his death as Dramatic as possible... cause it's fun and then he'll be remembered!

I think Aedynn would fall for him and I think it'd be hilarious if she ended up killing him. 'Cause you know say, like this happened:
She thinks he's just an I-don't-care-pureblood like herself and then she falls pretty hard for him and in the end he's going to try and do something and she has to kill him or he'll hurt somebody else or something... Maybe not that exact way, but I think it'd be cool. ;D

Ooo, I likey. It would have been pretty boring for me it I had to Kill off my own character with Jack haha.

But yes... Aedynn could kill him like you said, like he was about to harm or kill someone else or like complete his evil plan or whatever and the only way to stop him was to kill him.

It would bring so much drama!! Which is great for RP XD

What if Poppy is going to be killed by him or something because Poppy's father killed his father because he was muggle born but a death eater and he wanted to take out as many death eaters he could before he died and then Aedynn kills his to save her cousin and Poppy has some moment of realization.

Ooo, I'm likeing this!! So let me get this straight.

Dean's father, Jay, was killed by Poppy's father? Poppy's dad was a muggleborn but joined the Death Eaters? Like the Death eaters didn't know about his bloodstatus? And so he killed Jay because he was a death eater? Oo, should Jay have been friends ((well fake friends on poppy's dad's side)) with P'daddy? ((yeah, thats right I nicknamed him P'daddy)) So then it was like a big betrayal?

Dean could figure this out near the climax of the big plot and he could lash out and try to kill her, giving this whole big dramatic speech about how her father like desroyed his life--- every "villian" needs a big dramatic speech! lol.

Except that, somehow, P'Daddy did get word of his daughter, which made him want to leave the deatheaters, so he could see her and then he decided to kill as many death eaters as he could before they got him, which included his father.

Oh, okay that makes sense why it took so long for Jay to die and creates a lot of tension!! I love it!

Plus both sides of the story have something that you can sympathize with and I love when stories have that! Makes it more believable =)
